Why NOW Foods Supplements Are My Safety Blanket?

I log into one of my favorite shopping websites, Amazon to purchase several replacement supplements, Resveratrol, Turmeric, and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

As I order my supplement refills Amazon’s suggestion pops-up and I smile.

Resveratrol is part of a group of compounds called polyphenols.

Amazon suggests NOW Probiotics I guess Amazon is a mind reader, I laugh out loud.

I reflect how I tried pricier Probiotics for several months and decided to stop taking them. I was not sure if the price point for the Probiotic was worth the trade-off.

It can difficult for me to understand or comprehend if new supplements are helping my body.  

At times, I know my supplements help keep me healthier but other times I wonder?

Even with my wondering, I desire a better quality of life so I am going to add Probiotic- 10 into my Amazon shopping cart. 

Amazon also suggested Vitamin D-3. 

Vitamin D-3 is already on my daily supplement list.
