Learning The NIH Does Not Have A Magic Pill To Treat Relapsing Polychondritis

Treatment for Relapsing Polychondritis

 Inside Of The National Institutes Of Health; Patient’s Room During  Clinics

My HypoGal world today resembles many of my aweha life lesson moments;

  • A blind date that is not Prince Charming.
  • Witnessing the tiny man behind the Wizard Of Oz curtain.
  • Going on a diet but gaining weight.
  • Learning The NIH does not have a Magic Pill to treat Relapsing Polychondritis.

Relapsing Polychondritis is a complex, challenging rare disease that can be a multi faceted, are not the words I am wanting to hear from the Head Of The Vasculitis Department of The National Institutes Of Health.

The truth hurts, especially when it is from a highly regarded medical expert.

So, I will do as the doctor orders and go through a gambit of specialized tests.

Until tomorrow….

XOXO,

HypoGal
