HypoGal Answers, What Are Probiotics?

I balance my HypoGal World with a handful of prescription medications, vitamins and supplements each day. Thankfully, the prescription medications I consume each day keep me alive. The various vitamins and supplements I consume each day help improve my quality of life. But, I wonder the effectiveness of my daily vitamins and supplements.

A couple of weeks ago I began my journey with Probiotic America, Perfect Probiotics supplement. I have tried several Probiotics in the past, but I have questioned the effectiveness of their probiotic products.

So when I read the reviews and ingredients in the Probiotic America product, Perfect Probiotics I decided to give the Perfect Probiotics supplement a try. I have taken the Perfect Probiotic supplement for over a week, and I have not yet noticed a difference in my digestive health.

To give Probiotic America a fair chance I am going to stay on the Perfect Probiotics supplement for the next couple of months. So, I will keep you updated on my progress of Perfect Probiotics.
